Two of Ernest Hemmingway’s favourite tipples include his version of a classic Daiquiri and the Mojito.  We took the Mojito, added a touch of grapefruit and named it in homage to Hemmingway’s favourite bar in Havana

This drink first appeared in Harry Craddock’s Savoy Cocktail book in the 1930′s and his patrons drank it straight or curled.  Ours comes straight, but ask for it curled if you fancy dancing with the devil
